Whenever you call or email LHI -you will get most likely Karol Milan who is a predominant figure in this SCAM.  She will argue with you and tell you either "no problem" you can cancelled or tell you cancelling is not an option.  (Remember:  You don't need to "cancel" a make-believe contract!)

 

If you are smart and persistent and do what I am doing she will call you and tell you their "legal" department needs you to stop putting bad reviews online or they can't refund your money.   Ha!  As if they were going doing to do that anyway??

 

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY!

 

There is NO legal department, there are NO DEPARTMENTS at all!   No accounting department or headquarters.  All make believe.

 

Our only defense is EDUCATION.  If you have been scammed please feel to contact me with your story so I can add it to my site.

I have been offered twice a "settlement"  to return my money if I would take my comments about their scam off the Trip Advisor and the Internet.  NOT A CHANCE KAROL!  I will continue to fight evil with good!  Funny how I don't have a refund yet...

 

6/26/15 - Contacted by both email and phone to try and work out a "resolution settlement" with me.  If they were wanting to a resolution - GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.  Now, that's a resolution!

you were approached during the sales presentation, apparently there are
some cases with the same issue you have, we’ve realized about this and
your position is understandable and we are  sorry for these practices
that some of our representatives took in our behind during the sales
presentation in our sales office, however we’d like to confirm with you
that we are taking actions against them and of course making sure that
every representative in our sales office explain the program in a
correct way. In fact our customer Service Director, Mr. Gonzalo Lopez is
concerned about this issue and he is interested in listening to you and
of course to find an IMMEDIATE solution for both parties. I hope you can
give him the opportunity to speak with you as soon as possible, I’m
pretty sure you that you will resolve this matter together.

...you are really dealing with the Mexico Cartel. That is why they are untouchable...

 

All of you who give your money so freely at the Timeshare presentations have just donated to their wonderful cause!!! How can you NOT get it?? Start asking the people on the street who solicit you...Ask them how they got their jobs? I talked at long length to 3 of the on the street Cabo solicitors and they met the Cartel while they were in prison...and when they got out, they were guaranteed a job...to help keep up the funding of the Cartel. Start talking to these guys on the street...they will open up and tell you of their backgrounds. It is frightening!
